Spray (“the App”) provides influencer marketing and affiliate tracking solutions (“the Service”) to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

1. Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account, including:

• Shop Information: Store name, store URL, Shopify store ID, and Shopify plan.
• Order Information: Order ID, product details, purchase amount, transaction timestamps.
• Customer Information: Customer ID, email, country, and purchase history.

Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you and/or your customers once you have installed the App:

• Merchant & Account Holder Information:
  • Name, business name, email address, phone number, and billing details.
• End-Customer Data (if enabled by merchant):
  • IP address, browser details, time zone, and cookies installed on their device.
• Tracking & Analytics:
  • We use tracking technologies such as cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, and pixels to collect browsing behavior, referral sources, and app usage patterns.

We collect personal information directly from you, through your Shopify account, or via the following tracking technologies:

• Log Files: Tracks actions occurring on the site and collects IP addresses, browser type, Internet service provider, and timestamps.
• Web Beacons, Tags, Pixels: Electronic files used to track engagement with the App.
